Julia is an experienced Athletic Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Yoga Instructor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, along with a Diploma in Exercise and Wellness. Julia is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery and achieve their fitness and sports performance goals.

I am so happy and thankful to be working with Julia. I have significantly less pain and I’m moving better and feeling better in my daily life. Julia’s first treatment for a back injury that had hindered me for over a year made a noticeable difference immediately that lasted. Her treatment was unlike the other specialists I had seen in that she was able to increase my restricted range with such an educational and gentle approach. I was able to understand why I was restricted and how she was able to ease the restriction and pain, and what I had to do to maintain the increased range. Ongoing visits proved further improvement to a point I no longer needed therapy.
